The Churches

Two Churches, one Foundation

Most Sundays Colin gives two morning services at the two parish churches, catering for traditional worship and also more up-beat modern service. We hope this page will help you decide which you would like to attend – or decide that you would like to attend both, especially as evening services do not overlap!

St FelixSt Felix

As Colin has said on the front page, St Felix is a modern church offering a more contemporary style of service where you will find a warm welcome in a relaxed atmosphere.

We believe in being an family friendly church and as such children of all ages are welcome and have access to a large supply of materials (and toys) to keep them occupied should they wish to do something within the service. More recently there is provision made for a short while of 'Sunday School'.

Stay afterwards for refreshments and meet the rest of the congregation.

The development work around the church is almost completed and we now have our own off street parking next to the church, or please to use the Angel Theatre parking if full.

A comprehensive guide to the history of the church can be found on Simon's http://www.SuffolkChurches.co.uk.

St Gregory

A beautiful church tucked away in the old part of Rendlesham offering a traditional ordered service and friendly congregation always pleased to meet a newcomer.

The best guide to the church is on SuffolkChurches.co.uk that details the church inside out in quite some debth.

Historical information there is a plenty. Dr Sam Newton has a site at Wuffings.co.uk exploring the Anglo Saxon landscape in which he dedicates a page to this church.
